Shipping and Postage
Postage within the UK will be provided by DHL EXPRESS, a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 2.00pm, Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 2.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
Postage to the Republic of Ireland, Europe and the rest of the World will be with UPS or DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE and delivery can take up to 7 working days, depending on where you are.
We will endeavour to deliver the Product as soon as possible after confirmation of your order. All are stock levels should be correct but under rare occasions we hold the right to cancel the order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by any delay in delivering the Product. We will try to keep you informed in the event of any delay.
Delivery will be to the address specified by you when ordering and not sent to any other addresses. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, please check what taxes or duties may apply, as you will have to pay these yourself. We do not know and cannot control what charges you may have to pay once the product reaches the destination country.
As soon as the Product has been delivered to you, you become the owner of those Products and the risk will be passed to you. This means that you will be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to the product.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, however, you would like to return an item, please inform us you wish to return the item/items within 14 days by contacting email@example.com
Please make sure the item is returned to us within 14 days of the return being accepted.
Returned items must be in their original condition. Returned items must be unused and in the relevant packaging wherever possible. Garment labels should not be removed. Except in the case of incorrectly supplied or faulty goods, where your statutory rights apply. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that get lost or damaged please use a secure delivery method with value cover. Please try to re-use the original delivery boxes to help ensure items don't get damaged during the return process and to help reduce wastage.
*Please note if you are outside the EU – on the customs form please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and enter a value of 0. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.*

If we have been unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to our warehouse we will contact you regarding a refund. If we do not receive instructions from you within 2 weeks we will automatically refund your order.
